Here in Central Florida, many of our members are involved in multiple woodworking related organizations, some of which are specialized. The Guild itself has one Special Interest Group (SIG). Other woodworking related organization focus on furniture making.
SketchUp SIG
Once a quarter interested members meet to discuss and demo various SketchUp topics.
Central Florida Furniture Makers Guild (CFFMG)

Society of American Period Furniture Makers (SAPFM)
SAPFM is a national organization with a chapter in Florida. This organization is primarily focused on 18th century American period furniture.
